I am a MS Chemical Engineer. I previously graduated from the University of Rochester with a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BA in Economics. I currently work with Professor Przybcien on a project affinity aqueous two phase seperations. Although I am a Chemical Engineer, I’ve taken a lot of the mandatory CPS courses, so feel free to ask me about these course. I enjoy playing badminton ,watching soccer and basketball.
Sachi Nagada – Academic Chiair
I did my undergraduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Currently, I am pursuing my Masters in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University with a specialization in biomolecular engineering. I enjoy reading, hiking, traveling, water activities, and discovering new food.
John Villaraga – Social Chair
Hi, my name is John. I got a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with minors in Applied Mathematics and Statistics in May of 2014. After that, I worked in the industry for a year as a Manufacturing Engineer and decided to follow my personal interests; which are in the fields of Modeling, Optimization and Scientific Computing, by enrolling in the ChE program at CMU. I always try to balance work with sports since I was raised with the habit of being active. I enjoy outdoor sports such as swimming, hiking, biking and crossfit.
On a side note: I am from Colombia!!
